YOGA

Our yoga program consists of classes for all ages. Classes are designed to be fun, engaging and appropriate for each age group’s developmental stages. Yoga can help children develop fitness and coordination, assist athletic skills involved in sports, sharpen concentration, instill a positive attitude and have fun.
