PTX KIDS

These fun fitness classes are a total body workout focusing on a variety of exercises and games. Classes will range in format from W.O.W. (Workout Of the Week) to small group relays and games to circuit training and bootcamps, all of which will be fun and varied, keeping your child moving with a smile on their face.
